ShorTO Film Market (formerly Torino Short Film Market) is the industry event dedicated to the short film ecosystem organized by the Italian Short Film Center since 2016. The Market is now held annually in late November as part of the TFI Torino Film Industry.

By fostering the development of emerging directors and film professionals, ShorTO seeks to redefine the impact of short films on global production and promotion.

To achieve its goals, ShorTO Film Market curates a diverse range of professional activities:

Pitching Sessions: the heart of the event. In 2025, the Market hosted four pitching sessions featuring 22 short film and VR projects.

Professional Development: through close collaboration with national and international partners, the Market hosts industry panels, mobility programs for young Italian professionals, and specialized workshops.

Market Services: accredited professionals gain access to XR showcases, special screenings, the Italian Short Films Video Library, and prestigious awards.

Networking: Set within the historic atmosphere of Il Circolo dei Lettori e delle Lettrici and reaching about 500 professionals annually, ShorTO is uniquely designed to facilitate organic networking—ranging from curated one-to-one sessions to informal group meetings.
