Ningbo Short Film Festival (NSFF), it originated from Ningbo Microfilm Competition in 2013, which was founded by Ningbo Radio and Television Group and held once a year. In 2016, it was upgraded to Ningbo International Short Film Festival; in 2019, the name was updated to Ningbo Short Film Festival (NSFF). NSFF has become an international-level short film since 2020.
As a comprehensive short film festival, Ningbo Short Film Festival (NSFF) features “internationalization, specialization, industrialization and localization” and insists on the goal of “discovering talents and producing high-quality films”. The main activities include competitions, screenings, industrial activities, forums, and award ceremonies, etc. The festival is usually closed in November and December every year.
